"Parkovy Ozera 2" is a modern residential complex with a well-thought-out infrastructure from one of the top bulding companies in Ukraine - "Intergal Bud".

To demonstrate the benefits of a residential complex that is under construction, we have created several types of content:

⁃ a range of high-quality 3D renders

⁃ 3D tour with 3D model integration into aerial panorama

⁃ views from windows in the form of an interactive module for the site

⁃ video with the integration of a realistic 3D model

Features of the project

The residential complex “Parkovy Ozera 2” is an example of modern architecture with good landscaping and picturesque environment, fashionable houses with terraces, and dynamically illuminated facades. Therefore, it was extremely important for the customer to convey this beauty and demonstrate the advantages of the complex to future buyers. We started working on this project with aerial photography. It allows you to show the height of buildings, their location relative to each other, and the environment. In addition, we have integrated the 3D model into the photographic material. This solution is very useful for buyers, as it allows them to get acquainted with the general view of the residential complex, its surroundings, and infrastructure, evaluate the view from the window and even estimate where the sunny side of the apartment will be located

3D renders for real estate objects are one of the most important tools for presenting residential complexes that have not yet been built and organizing sales of real estate departments. Because it is known that visual content sells, especially in cases where the task is to sell a still unrealized property. In addition, we have created an interactive module for the "Views from windows" site. This module is made using 360-tour technology and is based on aerial panoramas. To navigate through different floors, a 360 pano was additionally filmed aside from the RC and a 3D model of the RC was integrated there

The cherry on the cake is a promo video with an integrated realistic 3D model. We believe that the main features of the development of video presentations of this kind are:
